Christmas and Winter 2016

For some reason, Jason and I forgot to take pictures on Christmas morning. But we did manage to capture our ward Christmas party, recitals and class parties

I love that you can see Holly ticking off the items on her list with her fingers.

Max's class party did a game where the teacher had used clingwrap to wind tiny toys and prizes into a large ball that the kids took turns unwrapping.

Holly's favorite part about making her waffle cone frosting tree?  Sneaking the frosting, of course. All of the first grade classes were taught the lyrics to classic fun Christmas songs like Rudoph the red nosed reindeer, and they walked around the halls caroling for the other students.

Our ward did a "light the world" photo hunt where a family would place goodies and an inspirational message inside a bag and then post a photo of the bag's location onto the ward facebook page.  The first to find the bag got to keep the goodies and place a new bag the next day.  What's funny about this picture is 10 seconds later, Max and Holly were squabbling about who got to carry the bag back to the car and the whole family ended up getting upset trying to end the fight. Well, it's the thought that counts, right?

Holly's first lost tooth!  She is trying very hard to be happy, but it turns out that she is very upset when she loses her teeth.

Second lost tooth

Out kitties love Mallory, and she loves them right back!
